When I left this world without you
I know it made you blue.
Your tears fell so freely,
I watched and I know this is true.

While you were weeping,
Days after I passed away
While all was silent within me,
I saw you kneel to pray.

From this wonderful place called heaven
Where all my pain is gone,
I send a gentle breeze to whisper,
"My loved ones, please go on."

The peace that I have found here
Goes far beyond compare.
No rain, no clouds, no suffering
Just LOVE from everywhere.

You need not be troubled
Just stay close to GOD in prayer
Someday we'll be reunited My love,
HIS love surrounds you always, EVERYWHERE!

May the memories be sweet
with smiles on your face;
Whilst my maker I meet
and I find my new place.

It will be strange without
me standing by your side;
But until that time comes
In heaven I must abide.

Stay with our friends
and they will support you;
Enjoy the rest of your time
Be happy but for now it's "adieu"

A brief candle; both ends burning
An endless mile; a bus wheel turning
A friend to share the lonesome times
A handshake and a sip of wine
So say it loud and let it ring
We are all a part of everything
The future, present and the past
Fly on proud bird
You're free at last

LOSS OF A LIFELONG BESTEST FRIEND

I knew I was going to miss you
I know you had to go.
The office is empty without you
Your chair will have to go.

Your headstone has not been put up yet
but the flowers are still there,
I have to go and talk to you still
To let you know I care.

The diff'rence without you butting in
More pointless empty chat.
Is boring and more than I can bear
Thinking,wondering just where you are at?

Is it nice with sunshine up above
as promised in The Book
Which cloud? as I send my love to you
and now Gods hand you've shook!

Trust you! You always are in the front,
You had to be the first.
You'd better hang around for me though!
otherwise my heart will burst.

Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree
which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

They are not long, the weeping and the laughter,
Love and desire and hate;
I think they have no portion in us after
we pass the gate.

They are not long, the days of wine and roses;Our path emerges for a while, then closes
Within a dream.
