It's another decade with a few more to go
This doesn't feel too bad!
Until you reach the halfway stage
And start to look like Dad.

I'm sorry bro but that's what happens
No matter what you do;
The gym, the runs, even facials now

I would really like to say I know;

We used to spend it doing silly things
